Full A2O Transformation
16–26 weeks. All 5 A2O pillars. We deliver a signed roadmap with a working governance model the leadership team owns afterward.
Output: the complete A2O artifact set — outcome map, current-state register, gap register, target-state architecture + operating model, 6-quarter roadmap, governance charter.
For: organisations facing a board-mandated transformation or regulatory compliance deadline.
Embedded Architecture Office
12+ months. WetzEnt architects embed in your transformation program office. We run the quarterly A2O governance cadence, refresh the gap register, and re-sequence the roadmap as the business changes.
Output: ongoing artifact maintenance + named-architect coverage for the duration of your transformation.
For: organisations running 18–36 month transformation programs who need architecture discipline they don’t want to staff internally.
Strategy ↔ IT Alignment Workshop
1–3 days, on-site. Compressed A2O conversation. We bring the executive team and the IT leadership team into the same room and produce a one-page alignment map by close of the session.
Output: alignment map + identified top-5 capability gaps + recommended next step (Diagnostic, Full A2O, or Embedded).
For: leadership teams that suspect business and IT are misaligned but don’t yet have a structured way to test it.
Target Operating Model Design
8–12 weeks. Standalone pillar-4 engagement. When the strategy is already clear and the technology choices are already made, we design the operating model that connects them — org chart, RACI, vendor model, governance forums, KPI scorecard.
Output: target operating model design + organisational change plan.
For: organisations whose transformation is failing because the operating model didn’t transform with the architecture.
Technology Selection & Vendor Evaluation
4–10 weeks. We run a structured selection for a major technology choice — ERP, MDM, integration platform, data fabric, AI/ML platform — using the capability gaps from A2O as the evaluation criteria.
Output: selection rationale, vendor scorecards, named recommendation defensible to board.
For: CIOs facing a strategic technology decision who need an independent firm to run the selection (not a vendor masquerading as a consultant).
